Biography :
I am a food engineer with a PhD from the University of Artois. Since 2012, I have been a lecturer and researcher at the Dalaba Institute, teaching food biochemistry and leading the institute's food technology workshop. I have also been the head of a unit at the Guinean National Quality Assurance Authority (ANAQ) since 2018. I am the author of 21 scientific publications and presentations
